Lots of our customers used to have disorganized accounts, redundant technology and software that hadn't really been implemented. They came to us seeking one partner who could manage voice, connectivity and messaging across their whole company. We identified opportunities in their accounts to save money, removing redundancy and unneeded tools. We then right-sized the technology to meet the orgs where they were at, while solving integration & technology problems along the way. By the time a few months with TeleCloud had passed, our customer was more profitable, more organized and was able to turn their attention to other projects completely, knowing we had it under control.

The Process We Follow

01   We gather data and bills

We take in raw data in excel, csv, PDFs of bill copies, etc. It gets reviewed by BOTH
a finance & technical team to look at the problem from two angles.

We take in data across various formats, and turn it over to our assessment team that runs a thorough analysis of your current state. We map out individual accounts tied to locations, organize the data in one central place and start looking for insights.

We call this analysis the Strategic Alignment Blueprint (SAB) which creates a roadmap for us and the customer to follow in maximizing cost savings, performance and simplicity across your connectivity and communication solution. We then put together a proposal in line with our findings and explain the implementation plan.
