Asset Living

For Asset Living, we started with a voice and internet package that beat the competition on performance and cost. Then we cleaned up their legacy carrier accounts at 24 locations and, to the customer’s surprise, unlocked millions in property value by boosting NOI with the savings. The end customer was ecstatic, and repurposed the dollars spent on bloated IT for rising insurance premiums.

For RE/MAX, we brought together scattered agent offices into a single, modern communications platform. Then we focused on training—often one-on-one—to ensure agents across a wide age range could adopt the new system. By making it accessible for everyone, we improved usage, boosted morale, and helped RE/MAX unify operations.
